METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a printing plate having plate thickness of about 3-5 mm and stable relief depth by using a liquid resin composition having photosensitive characteristics suitable for the manufacture of a printing plate having thickness of about 7 mm, and to provide a method for manufacturing a flexographic printing plate having excellent compatibility with a method for manufacturing a 7 mm thick plate without using a support having a halation preventing function. SOLUTION: When the printing plate having thickness of about 3-5 mm is produced in an exposure process performing double-face exposure, the surface of the support is irradiated with actinic rays for exposing the plate through the support side so that the light irradiation intensity becomes lower than 2.0 mW/cm2by a light attenuation film.
