PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame unit with basic power capable of enhancing the productivity of a frame by providing a power source and a speed change device on the versatile base frame. SOLUTION: The frame unit 10 with power comprises a slender base frame 11 formed of a substantially square sectional body, a power source 12 mounted on one side of the base frame, and a speed change device 13 which is mounted on the side part symmetric to one side with respect to the base frame to change the speed of the power of the power source. The base frame has a load mounting part 23 at one end of the frame capable of mounting an arbitrary rotary load 14 connected to an output unit 57 of the speed change device, and a related member mounting part 24 at the other end of the frame capable of mounting related members according to the kind of the rotary load.
