PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the application and operation of a complete pearl inducing factor quickly and accurately to a pearl oyster (abalone) without giving a considerable damage on the abalone and suppressing the pain and shock of the abalone. SOLUTION: The pearl inducing factor is applied to the pearl oyster (abalone) by spreading a mantle collected from an abalone on a flat plate, cutting the mantle while pressing with a mantle cutting injector A to form a cut mantle disk piece D having a size of the inner diameter of an injection needle A7 in the inlet of the needle A7, pushing the needle of the mantle cutting injector A into a pearl inducing factor applying injector B to apply the cut mantle piece D in the injection needle A7 of the injector A to a round nucleus E placed in the injection needle B6 of an application injector B and, at the same time, pushing the injector A to cover the nucleus E with the cut mantle piece D to complete a pearl inducing factor D-E, and injecting the application injector B to the gonad of an anesthetized abalone to apply and fix the factor to the gonad.
