PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light reflector which enables the easy recognition of whether or not a machine apparatus is operated and can down-size an animal-repelling apparatus. SOLUTION: This light reflector is characterized by having a rotation-inputting portion for receiving rotations caused by driving a driving portion, a rotator unit 39 equipped with a reflection portion, and a support mechanism portion which relatively rotatably supports the rotator unit 39 to the rotation-inputting portion and transmits the rotations received in the rotation-inputting portion to the rotator unit 39. Herein, when the light reflector is applied to a machine apparatus, it can easily be recognized whether or not the machine apparatus is operated, because the rotator unit 39 is equipped with the reflection portion. Also, when the light reflector is applied to an animal-repelling apparatus, the animal-repelling apparatus can be down-sized, because the rotations from the driving portion are transmitted to the rotator unit 39 to rotate only the rotator unit 39.
