PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce an arbitrary voice message by a mobile telephone set. SOLUTION: The mobile telephone set 20 transmits text data 22 including a desired message to a voice converting device 100. The voice converting device 100 converts the text data 22 into voice data by using voice parameters of a voice provider and generates a voice file 24 corresponding to the performance of the mobile telephone set 20. The voice converting device 100 provides the generated voice file 24 for the mobile telephone set 20.
