PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color correcting device capable of obtaining an excellent image by enhancing a flesh color area in image data while preventing noise amplification. SOLUTION: A digital camera 31 is provided with an image processing means 7 for generating a luminance signal and a color-difference signal from the image data, a flesh color detecting means 9 for determining whether the image data have flesh colors on the basis of the color-difference signal, and a luminance adjusting means 11 for adding a correction signal to the luminance signal generated from the image data determined have the flesh colors when the flesh color detecting means 9 determines the image data have the flesh colors.
