PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor for increasing processing speed. SOLUTION: A kernel part 24 fetches an instruction code via an instruction bus, executes it, and accesses data via a data bus. A memory for storing the instruction code is made into hierarchy with an instruction memory 25, an extension instruction memory 13, and an integration memory 14. A memory for storing the data is made into a hierarchy with a data memory 26, an extension data memory 20, and the integration memory 14. Accordingly, instruction fetching does not conflict with data access and the exchange of data in a cache memory is reduced. Then the processing speed is increased in the data processor.
