PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate sending taken images and send high-quality images. SOLUTION: Just after taking an image, a portable telephone 1 divides the taken image data in a specified size and sends the data to an image accumulation server 4 one after another as an HTTP request. The accumulation server 4 saves the divided image data one after another to accumulate as one image data, generates and accumulates thumbnail images and photograph showing images, and sends an electronic mail containing the URL of a web page which opens selected image data to the public by the portable telephone 1 among the stored image data, to a web opening party.
