PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film designed to be capable of preventing a dimensional change caused by water absorption even if a PET film is used. SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film is formed to laminate a transparent conductive layer on one surface of a first plastic film base material using films such as a polyethylene terephthalate film, for example, as a raw material, and has a configuration in which a first barrier layer and a hard coat layer are laminated in this order on the surface of the first plastic film base material on the opposite side to the lamination of the transparent conductive layer.
