PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible metal laminate which enables a region for use to be selected depending on necessary physical properties, in circuit pattern processing. SOLUTION: This flexible metal laminate, wherein a resin layer and metallic foil are laminated together, is characterized in that in terms of the thickness of the resin layer in a width direction, a ratio (t1/t2) between the thickness (t1) of one end and the thickness (t2) of the other end is in the range of >1 and≤10 and the thickness of the resin layer is linearly changed in the width direction.
