PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service cart where dishes of foods and drinks can freely be heated and warmed without restriction of a shape, a size, a quantity, etc., an ordinary tray is used, layout is free, has no obstructive protrusion on the tray, the dishes for foods and drinks can effectively heated and warmed, and the dishes for foods and drinks which do not need heating or warming are prevented from being heated or warmed. SOLUTION: The service cart 9 is used for a providing service of the foods and drinks A and C. Heaters 12 are assembled into shelf boards 11 housed in vertical multi-stage levels. In the tray 13 placed on the shelf boards 11, only the foods and drinks A in the dishes B placed and positioned in an area on the heaters 12 are heated or warmed.
