PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball removing device improving a deterrent to a tricking action of a player without deteriorating workability of ball removing work performed by a facility clerk. SOLUTION: This ball removing device is provided with a shielding member 150 displaced to an insertion position of inserting an operation member inserted in a ball removing operation hole 130 into the rearward of the front frame and regulating the insertion of the operation member in the rear part of a glass window 5 covering and closingly retaining the front surface of a game board 21, and an energizing means energizing the shielding member 150 to a shielding position. The shielding mechanism is constituted to perform a displacing operation of the shielding member 150 from the side of a glass door 5 with the glass door 5 closed and the ball removing device is constituted to insert the operation member into the ball removing operation hole 130 with the shielding member 150 displaced in the insertion position and perform a ball removing operation.
