PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device that prevents the generation of a moire phenomenon by a periodical dot arrangement of cyan, magenta, yellow, black and light black. SOLUTION: The image forming device 10 has a color conversion section 1, a BG/UCR processing section 2, a Bk/Lk generation section 3 and a halftone processing section 4. The cyan, the black and the magenta have nearly the same frequencies and are dot screens each having an angle difference of about 30 degrees. The light black is a dot screen. The frequency ratio of the black and the light black being the ratio of a higher frequency to a lower frequency of the light black or the black is 1.0 to 1.2. An angle difference is about 45 degrees.
