PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freely attachable and detachable shoe sole slip preventing tool excellent in portability and convenience and capable of surely generating frictional resistance force required for slip prevention without providing a dangerous projection part and being easily manufactured. SOLUTION: A slip preventing member 1 is a narrow width woven fabric, and resin thread 11A composed of wear-resistant synthetic resin fiber twist yarn and rubber-based elastic thread 12A having high friction elasticity are combined by a required ratio and arranged as warp 1A. By integrally inserting weft 1B to the warp row 1A and performing weaving, a slip preventing thread band 11 and a drain thread band 12 are formed in parallel respectively. By fixing the slip preventing member 1 along the shoe width direction of the outsole of a shoe S by the fixing means 21 of an attaching member 2, the warp 1A is arranged orthogonally to the front-to-back foot length direction of the shoe S and the frictional resistance force to sliding is improved.
