<p>A surface pattern is marked as a field grid (m*n) using whole numbers from one upwards, where m and n are values in the x- and y-directions, respectively. The values of numbers (m and n) are chosen to correspond to the conventional. However, when values (m and n) are large the pattern size must be reduced as it is technically difficult for the laser beam points to be generated in the material below 0.1mm. Each field of the grid (m*n) is divided equally and then a rule is established according to which each field of the grid must be provided with a pattern and is marked. The numbered grid (m*n) is indicated as a number pattern of the original image/concept and marking of each field of the grid is done according to the original image/concept.</p> |
