<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin magnet which uses spherical rare earth magnetic powder to increase a mechanical strength while avoiding sacrifice of a magnetic characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: A compound expressed by formula, H<SB>2</SB>NCH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>-Si(OR)<SB>3</SB>, wherein R being H or an alkyl group, is used as a surface treatment for the rare earth magnetic powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
