PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of efficiently displaying image information for a user, the image information coming from a proper camera position taking into account a round propagation delay required for transmission when the user changes a viewpoint position or a sight line direction.

SOLUTION: A prediction camera position determining section 208 of a moving picture reception display apparatus 2 determines average prediction camera positional information and error prediction camera positional information resulting from statistic errors of the average prediction camera positional information on the basis of camera positional information of images displayed in the past, camera positional information of an image displayed at present, and a setting delay amount, and transmits the positional information items to a moving picture transmission apparatus. The moving picture transmission apparatus transmits moving picture data and camera positional information corresponding to camera positions within a range designated by the received error prediction camera positional information around the received average prediction camera positional information to the moving picture reception display apparatus 2, and the moving picture reception display apparatus 2 selects proper moving picture data among the received moving picture data and displays the selected moving picture data.
