PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an information buried in a content in a short time without using a tool while burying the information into the content itself so that a person cannot perceive the information under normal illuminating light. SOLUTION: An image is input, the information is buried in the image and the spectral distribution of the illuminating light irradiating the output result of the image, in which the information is buried, is computed. A synthetic method for the illuminating light is acquired by utilizing an existing illuminating light so as to reach the spectral characteristics of the obtained illuminating light, the image in which the information is buried is output and the illuminating light is synthesized and irradiated to the output image.
