PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically take master data corresponding to master data at the highest level to be deleted, as a deletion object by designating the master data at the highest level to be deleted. SOLUTION: A master number of a supply object master being one higher is given to demand place master data, and the supply object master and a demand place master are tied. A master number of a demand place master being one higher is given to installation master data, and the demand place master and an installation master are tied. A master number of a supply object master or a demand place master being one higher is given to a device attachment place master, and the supply object master or the demand place master and the device attachment place master are tied. Thus a demand place master, an installation master, and a device attachment place master, which correspond to the supply object master at the highest level, are directly or indirectly tied to the supply object master at the highest level.
