INDOOR ACCIDENT DETECTING APPARATUS AND PROGRAM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately detect that a human body indoors remains unmoving. SOLUTION: An indoor accident detecting apparatus comprises: a human body detection means 104 which is provided inside a room of a building for detecting movements of the human body indoors; a close detecting means 101 for detecting opening and closing of a door at an entrance to the room; and an abnormal situation estimating means 111 for estimating abnormal situations of the human body on the basis of an output of the human body detecting means 104 and the close detecting means 101. On the basis of the human body detection and a timing of opening and closing of the door, entering the room and leaving it are detected.
