PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file management method and a file management software by which a plurality of user can share a link to a file in a common folder on an operating system of a computer for mapping the common folder with drive letters. SOLUTION: Link information on a file described in a management file is described according to a general naming rule.
