PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to enable a driver of a vehicle loaded with inter-vehicle communication equipment to grasp the information of a vehicle which is not loaded with the inter-vehicle communication equipment accurately as much as possible. SOLUTION: The inter-vehicle communication equipment of a vehicle E acquires the location information of each vehicle and the location information of its peripheral vehicle from the inter-vehicle communication equipment of each of a vehicle A, a vehicle C and a vehicle D, and displays the arrangement state of the vehicle at a display device by overlapping those information. As a result, the information of even a vehicle B which is not loaded with the inter-vehicle communication equipment is displayed at the display device, and the driver of a vehicle E is able to accurately grasp the arrangement state of its peripheral vehicle.
