PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize damage of the blade tip generated in idle driving for absorbing nonuniformity of the height of a blade or nonuniformity of the height of a punching device. SOLUTION: This belt-like punching blade 1 is formed by arranging a back part 3 applied to a metallic plate (a steel plate 102) on the rear end side by processing a blade part 2 on the tip; and enhances strength by increasing the volume of a tip part of the blade by forming the blade part 3 as a two-stage blade; and reduces deformation of the blade tip 21 in idle driving by forming a structure for easily plastically deforming the back part 3 to the blade tip 21 by processing the back part 3 side of the punching blade 1 in a tapered shape of reducing in the thickness toward the rear end.
