PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral spring unit for a toy capable of improving an interest characteristic of the toy. SOLUTION: An eccentric weight 13 is eccentrically rotated by a rotary shaft 17 rotatingly driven by a power spring 15. A light emitting diode 43 is made to emit the light by power generation of a power generation part 14 for generating electric power by rotation of the rotary shaft 17. Interest by the movement of the toy and interest by light emission of the light emitting diode 43, can be respectively provided by vibration of the spiral spring unit 3 for the toy by eccentric rotation of the eccentric weight 13, and the interest characteristic of the toy can be improved.
