PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stream data transmission device which view and listen to the same contents afterwards in high quality when a transmission band communication line to be used can not be secured.

SOLUTION: The stream data transmission device 100 in a system which performs distribution of stream data, is provided with a data selection processing part 130 which selects stream data thinning in a specified interval, and a transmission data management part 140 which manages stream data to be transmitted dividing into selection data by thinning selection and non-selection data. The stream data transmission device 100 transmits non-transmitted data which are non-selection data after transmission of the selection data by the thinning selection based on contents of the transmission data management means.
