<p>The present invention concerns a phytotherapic compound for the treatment of herpes based on Uncaria tomentosa characterized by the presence of: (a) A therapeutically efficient amount of an Herbal Extract from Uncaria tomentosa (Willd) DC Rubiaceae, (b) a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle, (c) at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, and, (d) optionally, pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvants. It also concerns a process of extraction for obtaining the Herbal Extract from Uncaria tomentosa (Willd) DC Rubiaceae, active ingredient of the phytotherapic compound for the treatment of herpes of the present invention.</p> |
