PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tensioner lifter enabling emergency repair even if there is no new part to be replaced when lift and holding function is reduced. SOLUTION: In this tensioner lifter provided with a case 11, a push rod 14 protruding a tip part from the case 11 and pressing against a chain tensioner member 9, and pressing-out means 15, 16 for energizing the push rod 14 in the direction of advance in which it goes toward the chain tensioner member 9, but preventing retraction of the push rod 14, emergency fixing means 25, 26 for fixing operation of the push rod 14 or the pushing-out means 15, 16 in an emergency manner are provided in the case 11.
