PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil filled electric apparatus wherein remaining air bubbles are limited in their sizes and harmful cellular electric discharge is suppressed when air bubbles remain in oil gaps upon field oil injection and even when air bubbles are produced at the time of overload operation, in an oil filled electric apparatus having the oil gaps. SOLUTION: An insulating structured oil filled electric apparatus where a coil is formed with an insulated conductor obtained by winding an insulating paper tape on a strand conductor, and an insulating partition wall constituted by an insulating member is disposed at a high electric field portion around the coil. The size of an oil gap formed between the insulating conductor surface of the high electric field of the coil and the insulating partition wall or between the insulating walls is set to be wider than 0.5 mm but narrower than 2 mm.
