PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic system for covering an imaging device with a sterilized bag while exposing a rigid scope. SOLUTION: A plurality of bayonet fans 13c are formed to project at regular angle intervals in the circumferential direction on the outer surface of an eyepiece 13 of the rigid scope 10. A rigid scope insertion part 14a is bored on one side surface of the imaging device 14 mounted on a cradle 2 as an opening into which the eyepiece 13 is inserted. Bayonets to be engaged with the respective bayonet fans 13c of the rigid scope 10 whose eyepiece 13 is inserted into the rigid scope insertion part 14a are formed on the rim of the rigid scope insertion part 14a, and a cylindrical mount mouthpiece 22 is formed to project on the inner surface of each bayonet. A circular outer groove 22d is formed on the outer surface of the mount mouthpiece 22. A sterilized bag adapter 4 is a cylindrical member whose inner surface has a shape to be engaged with the outer surface of the mount mouthpiece 22, and is adhered liquid-tightly and air-tightly to the sterilized bag 3 in the state of piercing through the distal end of the sterilized bag 3 covering the imaging device 14 and the cradle 2.
