PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image medical examination system cooperating with a displayed medical image to allow an input of a view.

SOLUTION: This medical image medical examination system has: a medical image observation device 2 for displaying the medical image; and a medical examination client 4 for inputting the view about the displayed medical image. An input item of the medical examination client 4 is generated on the basis of a display parameter of the medical image displayed by the medical image observation device 2, and the generated view input item is displayed on the medical examination client 4.
