PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To well demold an expanded material with a skin by solving the problem of an undercut when a mold forming the undercut is used. SOLUTION: With the use of a foaming mold 120 forming the undercut in a molding, in the production of an instrument panel 10, a skin material is applied on the inner surface 120a of the foaming mold 120 to mold the skin 22. Next, a foamed material is sealed in the foaming mold 120 in which the skin 22 is molded and a substrate 30 is set to mold the instrument panel 10. Next, an extrusion core 52 and a deformed core 54 are elevated integrally, and the instrument panel 10 is deformed elastically so that the undercut 26 of the instrument panel 10 is eliminated.
