PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a risk of surprise in a person near a data processor, and to enhance operability. SOLUTION: A data processing system comprises: a plurality of data reading devices 2, 3, 4 for reading data recorded in a recording medium; a display part 24 for displaying the data; a data processor 5 for controlling the data reading devices 2, 3, 4; and a plurality of slave sets 8, 9 for requesting the acquisition of the data recorded in the recording medium stored in the data reading devices 2, 3, 4 to the data processor 5.
