PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the total time required for positioning and a processing using the positioning result, when positioning function is coordinated with processing function, using the positioning result. SOLUTION: A positioning instruction part 12 performs a positioning instruction to a positioning part 14, when an operation part 11 is operated by a user, or a positioning instruction signal is inputted from an external communication device, such as telephones. The positioning part 14 performs positioning, with respect to this positioning instruction. A positioning result, using processing part 16, performs a predetermined processing, using the positioning result obtained by this positioning and a predetermined processing, using no positioning result. A probable use determining part 18-1 determines, while the processing part 16 is executing the processing using no positioning result, the possibility of processing which uses the positioning result in the processing part 16 after this execution, and outputs a positioning instruction signal to the positioning instruction part 12, if there is a possibility.
