Procedure and device for the recycling of batteries

Process for recyling batteries from refuse involving:burning of the refuse in rust-burnt (sic) refuse burning unit and separation of the batteries from the rust pocket (sic). Independent claims are included for: (1) a refuse burning unit consisting of a magtnic separator, e.g. a drum magnetic separator and a comminution device; (2) a product containing less than 30 wt.% batteries, preferably less that 70%.
