An inter-labium pad capable of preventing an absorbent from deviating in one direction while the inter-labium pad is installed and making it hard for the inter-labium pad to provide the feeling of presence of foreign matter during the installation, comprising the absorbent absorbing liquid and a cover body covering the absorbent so as to enclose the absorbent. The absorbent is formed of a fiber complex in which fibers are randomly aligned, and the bending rigidity of the fiber complex is within the range of 25 to 130 mg in Gurley bending resistance, and the ratio of the bending rigidities of the fiber complex in two directions orthogonal to each other is within the range of 0.5 to 2.0.
