The fuel cell has a membrane electrode arrangement, bipolar plates on the anode and cathode sides with feed channels for reaction materials, and guide channel structures for a cooling medium. The distributor structure for feed channels for the reagents of the anode and/or cathode is divided into at least two fields (1,2), whereby each field has input ports (3a,4a; 5a,6a) and output ports (3b,4b;5b,6b) for the reagents. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a method of operating a fuel cell (b) and a method of operating at least two stacks of fuel cells. |
