An external therapeutic agent for anal diseases, exhibiting curing activity and simultaneously exhibiting analgesic and hemorrhoid relief activities for hemorrhoidal diseases, such as hemorrhoid (internal hemorrhoid or external hemorrhoid) and anal fissure, and other anal diseases, which external therapeutic agent comprises acetylsalicylic acid or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
