PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve signal/noise ratio of high frequency signal by suppressing leakage of the high frequency signal to the outside of a signal path, related to a high frequency element composed of an oscillator or oscillator group having a DC feeding circuit. SOLUTION: The high frequency element comprises high frequency signal elements 35 and 36 that are operated when a DC vias voltage is applied to a part of a high frequency signal line 32.
