PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance deterioration evaluation method for facility devices, a performance deterioration evaluation system for facility devices, and an information collecting apparatus for facility devices capable of suppressing the amount of information accumulated in the evaluation of the deterioration of the performance of the facility devices. SOLUTION: This performance evaluation method for the facility devices comprises a first step S1, a second step S2, and a third step S3. In the step S1, facility information including load conditions on a load applied to an air conditioner and the energy consumption of the air conditioner under the load conditions is acquired. In the second step S2, only basic information which is the facility information in a specified period among the facility information and in which the load conditions meet the specified requirements is accumulated. In the third step S3, the power consumption of the basic information in the specified period is compared with the power consumption of the facility information meeting the specified requirements in the same period to evaluate the performance deterioration.
