摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive rigidity without deterioration of magnetic characteristics by employing amorphous magnetic material not yet annealed having comparatively strong mechanical strength as reinforcing material in order to reinforce fragility of amorphous magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:Amorphous magnetic material not yet annealed 6a is drawn via rollers 11 and 12 and cut into strips of fixed length by a cutter 13. The strips are piled up while abutting positions thereof are alternately changed to form a core element body 14, which is contained in an annealing furnace 16 while an exciting coil 15 is wound on the core element body 14. An inert gas is encapsulated into the furnace to anneal the core element body at the annealing temperature of about 400 deg.C in the magnetic field. Next, the core element body 14 is drawn out of the annealing furnace 16 and decomposed to pile up several to ten sheets of annealed amorphous magnetic material 6b. The amorphous magnetic material not yet annealed 6a having the same size as the annealed amorphous magnetic material 6b is superposed on the upper and lower surfaces of the annnealed amorphous magnetic material 6 to wrap the amorphous magnetic material 6b in a sandwiched manner. This group of the amorphous magnetic material 6 is sequentially inserted into a transformer coil 8 and piled up to complete an amorphous transformer core.
