PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for punching a laminated sheet material for making deformation of an adhesive film difficult to be left in the cut laminated sheet material. SOLUTION: The deformation of the adhesive film in the laminated sheet material 32 can be corrected by pressing the laminated sheet material 32 in a thickness direction by pressing rollers 68 and 69, while holding the laminated sheet material 32 between receiving rollers 66, after punching blades 60, 62 and 64 of a punching die 56 cut the laminated sheet material 32 in the thickness direction till the laminated sheet material 32 contacts at least the adhesive film.
