FIELD: veterinary microbiology, biotechnology. ^ SUBSTANCE: strain is deposited in the Collection of microorganism strains FGU VGNKI at the registration number Haemophilus parasuis SK-1-DEP. The strain is virulent in native state and possesses antigenic and immunogenic activity after inactivation. In culturing in broth PPLO-base liquid nutrient medium for 12 h the strain is accumulated with the titer value 9.3-9.7 lg CFU/cm3. The strain retains its own properties in storage in semi-liquid agar at 4-6°C for 1 month and in the lyophilized state at 4-6° for 1 year. The strain shows high biological, antigenic and immunogenic activities, it retains native immunobiological properties after inactivation that can be used in preparing highly effective diagnostic and vaccine preparations. ^ EFFECT: valuable properties of strain. ^ 4 tbl, 7 ex
