PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw fixing type anchor capable of holding a fixing condition securely for a concrete skeleton even if the ancor is formed by a material having no sufficient hardness. SOLUTION: This anchor has a shaft part 3 in which a screw thread 2 is formed, a rotation force transmission part provided on a terminal side of the shaft part 3, and a cut-in chip 5 like a circular column pin assembled into a tip part 31 of the shaft part 3. A circular cone part 5b which is a cemented carbide chip fixed to a tip of the cut-in chip 5 protrudes on a side face 3a of the shaft part to form a part of the screw thread 2.
