PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive and an adhesive sheet easily and temporarily adhesive to an adherend firmly, and enabling reapplication. SOLUTION: The adhesive consists mainly of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer 50-80% in vinyl acetate content. The adhesive sheet is obtained by directly coating a polyethylene terephthalate film 50μm thick in a coating amount of 25 g/m2followed by drying at 105°C for 2 min. This adhesive sheet thus obtained has an adhesive force (I) of 0.1 N/25mm or greater determined by the 180°peel method in accordance with JIS-Z-0237 and an adhesive force (II) at least three times the adhesive force (I) after heat seal treatment at 150°C for 30 s under a pressure of 200 kPa.
