PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated metallic seamless can manufacturing method capable of performing high-speed can manufacture without any troubles such as stripe-like damages (build-up) generated on an outer face of a can and defective strip. SOLUTION: In the resin-coated metallic seamless can manufacturing method in which lubricant is applied to both sides of a resin-coated metallic plate with resin coated at least on the side forming an outer face of a can, the resin-coated metallic plate is cut in a circular shape, and drawn to form a bottomed cylindrical cup body, the cup body is ironed or draw-ironed in a dry condition while passing coolant in a punch and a die, the flow rate of punch coolant and the flow rate of the die coolant are controlled based on the inlet side temperature and the outlet side temperature of each coolant so that the heat absorption ratio by the punch is≥55% of the total heat absorption quantity.
