<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable selection of the number of discharge trays according to user's need. <P>SOLUTION: The optional discharge device (U6) is equipped with an upper attaching/detaching part (1a) which is installed on an upper end part of the optional discharge device (U6) and detachably constituted relative to a lower attaching/detaching part (19) of the other optional discharge device (U6) disposed on the upper part, the lower attaching/detaching part (19) which is installed on a lower end part of the optional discharge device (U6) and detachably constituted relative to the upper attaching/detaching part (1a) of the other optional discharge device (U6) disposed on the lower part, a common carrying path (64) where the sheet carried from the other optional discharge device (U6) disposed on the lower part is carried, optional discharge paths (61, 62) where the sheet discharged to a discharge tray (TRh2) is carried, and an upper carrying path (63) where the sheet carried to the other optional discharge device (U6) disposed on the upper part is carried. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
