PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for performing prescribed information communication with a mobile phone even without knowing a holding sound command of the mobile phone. SOLUTION: This information processor has a radio part (214) for performing radio communication with a second mobile phone (MP2) capable of telephone conversation with a first mobile phone (MP1), a storing part (215) for storing holding tone data, a selecting means (230) for selecting reproduction of holding tone while having telephone conversation with the first mobile phone, and a control means (216) for reproducing the holding tone data stored in the storing part when the reproduction of the holding tone is selected and transmitting the reproduced holding tone to the second mobile phone via the radio part to thereby output the reproduced holding tone from the speaker of the first mobile phone.
