PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight adjusting and measuring method of a sample simply performing sample adjusting work by sucking and discharging a sample exceeding a target weight while measuring the weight thereof. SOLUTION: The sample such as cement or the like housed in a container 3 is primarily weighed by a weight measuring instrument 40 and the sample exceeding the target weight is sucked and discharged by sucking air by inserting a suction nozzle 45 connected to a suction mechanism 48 in the container 3 to adjust the weight of the sample to the target weight.
