FIELD: railway transport; signaling and communication. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway light signals electric control circuits. Proposed device contains supply sources, relay unit, transformer, lamp, two resistors, four MIS-transistors, k-series connected photosensitive diodes, diode, light-emitting diode and fiber-optic communication line. Light-emitting diode 6 is connected to output of relay unit and through first fiber-optic line 7 is connected with photosensitive diodes 8. First leads of first and second resistors are connected to first leads of photosensitive diodes. Second lead of first resistor is connected with drain of first and gate of second MIS-transistors. Drain of second MIS-transistor is connected to drains of third, fourth and first MIS-transistors, second lead of photosensitive diodes and common pole of supply source. Supply potential pole is connected to center-tap of primary winding 17 of transformer 1 whose extreme points are connected with drains of second and third MIS-transistors. Gate of third MIS-transistor is connected with second lead of second resistor and with anode of diode whose cathode is connected with gate of first and drain of fourth MIS-transistors. Lamp is connected to secondary winding 2 of transformer 1.
