<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a toner agitating member in a supply toner chamber and a toner transporting member in a waste toner chamber in simple construction with a small number of parts. <P>SOLUTION: The toner container is provided with a partition wall 3 partitioning a toner containing part 4 containing toner and a waste toner containing part 5. Furthermore, the toner container has an agitating member 6 agitating the toner inside the toner containing part 4 and a toner transporting member 43 transporting the toner inside the waste toner containing part 5. The agitating member 6 and the toner transporting member 43 are formed integrally and are provided so as to penetrate through the partition wall 3.
